CX in a Covid-19 Environment

Obviously this pandemic dwarfs any other health scare seen in the west in recent memory. Businesses have been forced to switch to online where possible and some are responding to government requests to manufacture hand sanitisers and ventilators. 1. Switch to online wherever possible

2. Communicate with staff frequently and with clarity

3. Empower staff to make decisions (some outside the box) which are in the interests of customers

4. Do not over promise and fail to deliver

5. Remember the Pareto Principle - ensure that your top customers receive priority

6....And whatever happens - don't be a chicken!
