Time for Traditional Saving Schemes?

Delighted to have been asked to support a challenger financial institution in understanding customer views on traditional saving schemes. Some of these tried and tested methods have survived over the centuries where traditional banks have come and gone. Perhaps during this period of turmoil people will return to some of these methods to survive the inevitable economic downturn. If they do, what kind of customer experience will they expect? Would they expect modern twists to the traditional tools? Well this and more we intend to find out
