Each year the Institute of Interim Management (IIM) conducts and publishes its survey of the interim market. 2019 saw the 10th year of this authoritative survey report and highlights are as follows:-

1) 50% of Interim Managers are aged 50-59

2) 25% are aged 40-49

3) 30% are Female and 70% are Male

4) 67% work in the Private Sector

5) Daily rates for Private Sector average £858

6) Daily rates for Public Sector average £658

7) Average assignment length = 10.9 months
