Our Story

After several decades of working in corporate UK, AskPyramid Consulting was formed by Larna Bernard and Lois Whilsom. We met on a course some years prior and in 2020 we both wanted to provide a more bespoke solution, using mixed methods research.

So bravely, during the Pandemic we launched and it's been a joy ever since. The organisation is now led by Larna Bernard who is an qualified and experienced economist, statistician and researcher.

Our current projects focus on customer experience and we are currently working on a project which reviews how CX journeys change with the advent of Agentic AI. We plan to produce a whitepaper with our client. So watch this space.

We also provide training courses in areas of customer research and CX.
