About Me
Hi I'm Larna Bernard and set up AskPyramid Consulting in 2020 in partnership with Lois Whilsom who now works abroad. We met on a course and over the years we stayed in contact. Simultaneously we both wanted to offer a more bespoke offering to clients with the ability to mix disciplines depending on the problem to be solved. This allowed us to develop proprietary methodologies. We have a network of trusted freelancers who work with us in the fields of product development, AI governance and much more. My 30 year experience of customer satisfaction, customer research, CX and UX along with my foundation in Economics and Statistics gives me a myriad of skills to solve every day and strategic organisational problems.
